Short Breakdown of my experience with them! I bought 100 acrylic Keychains. First of it was very easy to communicate and I got very quick replies. Very friendly and respectful too. After sharing how you want the product to be done you can expect a quick production and shipping (at least for a smaller order like mine). Then the products arrived. At first I thought that the quality is not up to my standard but then I realized that every single Keychain was individually protected by a clear wrap. After taking the protection of you are greated with clean and shiny Keychains. I am very happy with how everything turned out and can only recommend checking them out!
Poppy was super helpful with the order and the products met all our expectations! There where 2 designs that didn’t come out well and some other flawed products ( small quantities ) but Poppy helped us and re- made those products for us! The customer service is excellent I highly recommend this manufacture. The keychains it self the printing is really vibrant compared to other manufactures I’ve used, this manufactures printing quiality is super high. I ordered 50 pcs. and they are very nice. Very good quality. I was a little bit sceptic about the quality of the chains but they look very good compared with the photos. The personel is very nice. Poppy helped me with the order and I was very pleased with the help she gave me. Shipping cost is a little bit high for Romania but since the package arrived in less then a week and the quality of the keychains is stunning, I've got nothing to complain of. I highly recommed!
